Goals
What is it that makes staying healthy and weight loss seem so daunting? I often think it is the time, but I know I waste a good deal of it. I just need motivation and am attempting to get it again. I have made three options each day to work out with. One is to go for a walk on the S. Burlington Bike path. The one I am striving for is to do a FIRM workout every other day and have either the Transfirmer series in the living room if my roomies are elsewhere or the FIRM dvd's that use a smaller step in my bedroom. I am hoping to get about 200 min of workouts in each week in order to see results and intake about 1300 calories.
